Today the rest of our stuff arrived. Everything has made it, except the mold infested items that are still in San Diego waiting for our inspection. We have found a few things that they let slip by full of black mold, and we can only imagine how bad the other stuff must look. We have been here for a week. I must say that it has been quite a week. We are all adjusting to our new house, new city, and a new country. We still have a lot more adjusting to do. I love our new house, it is big and beautiful. Jack has plenty of room to run around, we have a great backyard, and it is just great to have a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. {I am in domestic heaven.} I still don’t know Spanish, although I have expected to be fluent by now, well…maybe not fluent, but as it is, I am struggling. Moving is always stressful, and doesn’t always bring out the best in our little family. The good thing is that next week is a new week and another week to adjust to “normal” life.
I completely understand why people would not want to visit us here in Tijuana. The good thing is, San Diego is just a skip away for us, and so if you do want to visit us, and you don’t want to come all the way across the border, we can still see you. The only disadvantage is you don’t have someplace to stay for free.
Tijuana is a little rough around the edges, but it is home now, and I am going to do my best to make it fantastic. {Let us pray.}

Stay safe and we will keep you in our prayers and your positive attitude will surely help! Life without Adventure is just disneyland!
Hey Mexico is Mexico, there are worse places! So it's Tijuana, it's a colorfull place amiga! Doesn't scare me! And you can count on us for Spring break next year!
Remind yourself of all of the other difficult and overwhelming things you have survived before this and know that you will rise to the top, even if it takes awhile.
You have a lot of people thinking of you and praying for you as well. Love ya!
