Thomas.

We went to Thomas' nine month doctor appointment (which I shall call 101 ways to make me feel guilty: everything I am doing wrong, and all those things I should be doing and am not doing with my poor child).  At least he is still growing.
Thomas is now 28.5 inches and 20 lbs 6 oz, which is exactly double his birth weight.  That puts him in the 50th percentile, which means his growth is slowing down a bit.  (Or it could be all those things that I am doing to ruin my child.)
Thomas is a wonderful baby, and has the most adorable smile.  He is a keeper for sure.

Oh, look at the cute little teeth!
I hate the "guilt trip" doctor visits, too.

What the heck! Does that doctor even know you! Please I would like to know just what he said cause I'm pretty sure he's wrong. Your one of the best moms I know!

Oh my GOSH I opened up your blog and that insanely adorable little darling face popped up with the big gorgeous eyes and my heart MELTED.

Oh EMILY- what a DOLL.

And then I read your narrative under the adorable little face and I wanted to take a baseball bat to your doctor and totally WAIL all over whoever could possibly think you're nothing other than Maternal Perfection. The End.

Oh, he is just adorable! Those little teeth are just too cute! I really think he is starting to look more and more like you. (sorry Ben).
Whatever it was that the Doc said, don't worry about it. Thomas looks like a happy & healthy little guy. And that's all that really matters. What do doctors know anyways?

What on earth could you be doing to ruin your child? Absolutely not true. There is no such thing as a perfect mother but Heavenly Father knew you, just exactly as you are, would be the perfect fit for your children.

Oh, I think they love to make you feel bad (and by you, I mean any parent). You are clearly doing a great job, and glad the other little guy did so well with the surgery!
