A Perfect Day.

Jack turned 3 today!  We had a great time together.  Jack woke up, and we opened presents right away.  It felt like Christmas.  Ben and I spent a LONG time last night putting together a Little Tikes police car for Jack, and it was totally worth it.  When he unwrapped it this morning, he was thrilled!  He spent at least ten minutes just going over everything.  Sitting in it, walking around it, inspecting all the stickers.  It was every parents dream, the kid liked his presents, and even said thank you!  Then he opened his very own camera.  Oh, the joy on his face when he opened it.  He even got excited over the books that we got him too.  It was a great day, and it makes me so happy that he was grateful for his gifts.  Instead of putting up pictures that I took, I will let Jack be our guest photographer today.

What a fantastic day.  We were finally able to enjoy a delicious cake, thanks to the bakery at Costco.   

We are so grateful to have Jack in our family.
